Wonderland Agency delivered Red Bull’s annual Off Premise ALL IN experience as a full end-to-end production for over 400 guests, transforming the client brief of conference and celebration into an immersive, high-energy Apres-Ski themed event. We took care of the full creative concept, designed and built a bespoke stage set with custom ski-slope elements, dynamic lighting and effects, and delivered a slick conference before shifting the venue through three dramatic décor changes. Guests enjoyed afternoon activities including snowboarding, football, yoga and HYROX challenges, followed by a 410-person dinner, Bongo’s Bingo, DJs and karaoke. Wonderland managed all logistics, accommodation, transport, catering and show running, reinforcing our trusted partnership with Red Bull.
